talent and independently manages, develops, and promotes SoundCity. He directs his own videos and writes his own songs.

Majoring in Broadcasting/ Journalism at Tallahassee Community College and Florida Agricultural And Mechanical University Music Producer, Songwriter, Director, and Recording Artist Victor Williams is known as the entertainer Soulga Shoez from clubs and cafes to radio. Born January 25, 1980 the Aquarius African- American 1989 Genius and 1993 Wakulla County Spelling Bee Champion delivers what people like to hear. The author of "I Am Somebody" in The National Anthology Of Poetry is fairly dominant in his presentation of sound. He is skilled and intrinsically motivated as he switches personalities from a poet to a survivor. He loves his football- playing and soccer- playing fifteen-year old champion son Victor Williams, Jr. and is as healthy as a champion himself, though he was divorced thirteen years ago and has not been married since. "I still want a wife" he said on Wix. He still has a strong relationship with the original fellows he started performing with at ten years old called Tyger Hill, or County Boyz since he created SoundCity in 2001, and he looks up to his role models DJ Whiteshoes and Total Kaos who gave him the recording break he wanted in 1997 by welcoming him in to the Wildstyle Records family as Vic. Tallahassee , Florida is his hometown and he loves the scene of the Gulf Of Mexico on any shore from Leon County to Panama City Beach. Look for music from him.

Since his first performance in front of an audience in 1990 he has transitioned in Rap in some areas and remained as a youngster in others to persevere through the myth in serious entertainment. The guy is not intimidated by the challenging world, and takes it by the reigns as if he was walking a dog instead. In 2020 he turned forty years old and his latest record "Eden" follows the footsteps he made in "Over You" and "Reach". He is a Broadcasting/ Journalism Major at Tallahassee Community College where he is studying for his Associate In Arts Degree before he transfers to Florida Agricultural And Mechanical University to earn his Bachelors' Degree. "I want my Masters' Degree", he said on Wix. About his age he also said, "The older women think I am no older than twenty- six". He is in the studio as much as he is behind the camera being as dynamic and realistic as people expect him to be.
